How tracking works
Every booking moves through four stages. Your tracking page shows the current stage, with any notes and photos Kef Motors adds along the way.

The booking is confirmed and the vehicle has a tracking code.

Towing
The vehicle is being collected and taken to the port.

Shipping
The vehicle is loaded and travelling by sea.

Arrived
The vehicle has reached the destination port.
Questions about tracking
Where do I find my tracking code?
In the WhatsApp message Kef Motors sent when your booking was confirmed. Codes start with KEF-.
Do I need an account?
No. Your VIN and tracking code are all you need.
I've lost my tracking code. What now?
Ask Kef Motors to send you a new one. The new code replaces the old one.
Will this site ever ask me to pay?
No. This site never asks for payment or card details. If a message asks you to pay through a tracking link, it isn't from us.
